I truly enjoy working with people who seek support for their desired changes, or are on a search for a fulfilled and balanced life. My approach is holistic and client-centered. I integrate Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, trauma informed and strength-based techniques. Therapy will support you by helping you integrate and foster growth in three core areas:
